I lead the AWS and FinOps practices at Myriad360, where the job is making cloud adoption less daunting than it usually is. Everything below is what I build when the problem is my own: small systems, taken end to end, and then kept running.

About

I built both the AWS and FinOps practices at Myriad360, a multi-cloud systems integrator, from the ground up into full commercial functions.

On the AWS side that means Marketplace operations, so EDPs, CPPOs, and private offers, along with go-to-market strategy, partner program governance, and the co-sell motion underneath all of it. On the FinOps side it means giving clients real transparency into cloud spend, then turning what that surfaces into optimization work that actually lands, powered by a curated partner stack rather than one tool bent to fit every problem.

More than a decade across public, private, and hybrid cloud, and the throughline has not moved: make adoption more approachable. Simplify the go-to-market. Position a practice as strategic advisory instead of commodity resale. Automate the things that let a small team behave like a much larger one.

The projects on this page are that same instinct pointed at problems that happened to be mine. Based in Chicago, and 25 of 30 Major League ballparks in so far, which explains more about the fantasy league than I would like to admit.
